The delivery and installation process were smooth and stress-free. The crew was punctual, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was working flawlessly before they left. They even walked me through the features and maintenance tips so I felt confident using it from day one.

Now that it’s set up, I can honestly say it’s become my favorite part of the day. The quality is exceptional, the jets are powerful but relaxing, and the lighting and temperature controls make every soak feel luxurious. It’s been amazing for unwinding after work and has already become the highlight when friends visit.
