I cannot recommend Billy and Over and Above Construction more highly. Billy is attentive, thoughtful and really goes the extra mile to deliver a high quality product - far beyond my experience of construction companies in the past. The communication is great, he really listens to what you want, cares and the construction build is very high quality. His attention to detail is exceptional. Finally, Over and Above were also very clean and tidy. I will definitely seek to use Over and Above in the future. Highly recommended.

I can highly recommend Over and Above Construction, they were a really lucky find.
Billy’s expertise and communication skills were outstanding. Our home had been plagued by a leaky roof and water penetrating a wall for many years and numerous builders had been unable to find the cause of the problem. To save us money Billy waited till a gap in the persistently rainy weather and worked over a weekend. I was kept updated regularly and the work was completed efficiently and successfully. I will definitely use them again and can highly recommend them. Such a great team.

We had such a great experience with Billy and his team. They built a 7000sqft property for me and we had a great experience with them even though the build was during Covid and very difficult times. They were in on time every day and we couldn’t be happier with the finish. The quality of Billy’s work is outstanding.

The best builders you could ever wish to use. They made the whole experience easy from start to finish. Their work ethic is second to none, they are tidy, considerate and respectful and a pleasure to work with. Only focussing on one job at a time meant that they were always around, got things done quickly and efficiently, to a very high standard. Even our neighbours and people walking past the house have commented on how hard working and tidy they were. We have been singing their praises to anyone who will listen, and would be happy to recommend them or act as a reference in the future. Thank you so much!

The best building experience i have ever had. This company is truly fantastic in every way. Profesional / clean/ efficient/ excellent staff and very cost effective.
A totally CAN-DO attitude and so honest and helpful in every way. I have and would recomend them to everyone and others feel the same way about this amazing company.
