In a nutshell David brought our vision to life for us.

We decided to extend once we decided it was out “forever home”

From the beginning David listened, explored and suggested in a engaging and professional manner - taking our vague ideas and turning them into pragmatic aolutions

The drawings he produced allowed us to get like for like estimates - builders commented on their quality

We are currently in the middle of the build - the drawings provide a great reference point and iys great seeing it come to life

I have no hesitation in recommending David - he was engaging, creative, professional and responsive - all for a reasonable fee

If we could give a 10-star rating we would. David has been a pleasure to work with.

OX Architecture & Interiors Ltd helped us draw and submit new designs and building regulation plans for a 4-bedroom conversion to a 6 bed HMO which have been approved. He explained the process clearly and gave us constant updates from the local authorities.

He provided us with some great design ideas and the final plan utilised the space well and kept the price of the renovation to a minimal.

We were really happy with the service and will most definitely work with OX Architecture & Interiors Ltd on any future projects.

I asked David Rees to produce the necessary drawings and elevations for our garage conversion. I was really impressed with his work. He was really helpful, communicated clearly and promptly. The work turn around was really good and did a great job for a very reasonable price. I epuld definitely recommend him to anyone and would certainly use him again. He made what I thought would be a difficult process extremely easy and effortless. 5 stars!
