On Friday 20th December 2024 at 12:40 PM, a driver representing your company pulled out dangerously onto the Devil’s Dyke dumbbell roundabout, nearly causing a collision. Instead of acknowledging his mistake or apologising, he chose to shout and swear at me. This behaviour is unacceptable, both for road safety and in terms of professional conduct.

I strongly recommend reviewing this driver’s suitability for the road and ensuring appropriate training or action is taken.

I have just been tailgated at high speed by one of the drivers of a vehucle from this company exiting the M23. 12:45 14/11/24.Not suprised to see someone left a related review 5 months ago. Extremely dangerous driver. I have never felt moved in my life to leave a review like this before, instantly. Apparently the manager's 'talking to' has had no impact

Dreadful company.

Their 'drivers', struggle to call them that, are rude, reckless and extremely dangerous, always causing crashes or nearly causing a crash.

Once was sat stationary in traffic and one of their 'drivers' decide to cut across the lanes and took off my front bumper, as they saw their friend at the Apple Green petrol station. They did not seem to care about it, just "Ok, here are my details" no real apology, like they do it all the time and they just don't care. All caught on dash cam and 100% fault given to Brown 'driver'.

Various other incidents of near collisions with them driving too fast or tailgating, tailgating does not get you there faster!

I would never use this company due to this, probably also poor management giving their driving too many jobs to do causing the driving to rush around. So drivers and management to blame imo.

Simply amazing ,I just started my garden levelling project and it looked very difficult as tons of soil has to be removed but then I got Mr Robbie’s contact from a colleague and he made the the whole process so easy and smooth , all the drivers turned up on time, no issues at all.
I really appreciate Mr Robbie who always send me the grab lorry at my own convenience like mini cab booking with very short notice 🤭.

He has a great sense of humour and handle the customer like his own family .
I don’t know his role in the company but he is a real gem 💎 for the company.

I definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again .

What an excellent service! Robbie Whittaker was very professional and friendly in organising and scheduling dates that would work for us, making the process a breeze. We were doing a garden renovation job and had to leave the dirt on our front drive, admittedly it was a bit of a tight squeeze but Robbie’s highly skilled team manoeuvred the grappler perfectly between trees and lampposts. They were very meticulous, considerate, helpful and very cheerful throughout the whole process. There was no dirt to sweep up after. Even our neighbours came by to say that it was an impeccable job - in their words the drive was left “spotless.” We highly recommend PJ Brown Grab & Tipper Hire, and will definitely hire them again next time.

Extremely dangerous driving of one of the lorries through a residential area, tailgating the vehicle in front, barging through traffic and exceeding the speed limit.Email sent to Mark one of the managers, disappointed that he has not politely reassured me that he has spoken with the driver.I would not recommend this company.

picture to small to show impact. one of the drivers could not speak english and made me feel it was my fault. I hope he has a driving licience, but could not reply to me as he could not speak english, the same has happened with D&E Roberts, anyone out there help to resolve issues like this.
