I went out to 5 builders for a quote, Paul was quick to visit, said the price would be with me in 3 days and it was. As soon as I met him I knew he was the right guy.
His price was extremely competitive, he started when he said he would and, along with his team he worked every day from 8AM until dark for the 8 weeks it took to complete our extension.
The job started in October and they finished just before Christmas. They worked through some awful weather and never complained once.
They had the utmost respect for our property and protected the driveway, lawns and internals throughout. They were friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
Yes, there were problems but Paul sorted all issues calmly taking everything in his stride showing his many years of experience.
We have a fantastic extension which we will hopefully enjoy for many years. The disruption to achieve it was minimal thanks to Paul.
Importantly the price that he quoted was the price that I paid.
You can trust him, you can rely on him and you will get a first class job at a great price as a result
