After dealing with a couple of architects to construct drawings for a garage extension, I learned early on how much hidden costs and potentially other additional charges could bump up their overall prices.

Luckily for me, after sharing my experiences with a close friend, he recommended very highly that I give Hassan, from PAD Architectural Consultants Ltd, a call. Hassan had recently worked on a project for my friend to construct drawings for a major/complete house renovation and extensions. It was a huge/complex project which couldn’t have gone so smoothly without Hassan’s continuous support, advice and guidance, from the beginning and until the full completion of the project.

They say first impression lasts and this certainly was the case with Hassan when I first spoke to him. He was easy to talk to and from the outset, gave clear/solid advice before we even began the process. Hassan visited my property and gave some great ideas, while listening to what we had planned. Incorporating our thoughts alongside his suggestions, we were able to improve greatly the overall planning of the extension. Within a few days, Hassan returned and took all the measurements around the property.

He was an absolute breath of fresh air, so easy to talk to, bounce ideas off from, etc; and due to his vast knowledge in the industry for almost 30 years, his guidance was of very high quality and value. Throughout the draft drawings, although I changed the specifications various times to enhance the extension, Hassan never complained but assisted and supported me, right until we were both happy to submit it to the council to obtain the planning permission.

To conclude, I have found Hassan to be very diligent and takes great pride in doing the best he possibly can for all his clients. He treats all his clients with respect and gives his 100% to ensure they are always satisfied with his high standard of service, something he takes great pride in and very passionate of and would therefore never compromise. In this respect, I would highly recommend Hassan and PAD Architectural Consultants Ltd to anyone looking for a highly reliable architect and at a really good/reasonable price too.

Thank you Hassan for a fantastic service.
I went to PAD Architectural consultants after previous architects failed to achieve consent for my 5700 square foot residential project.
Hassan used his wealth of knowledge and experience to battle with Broxbourne council and finally gain consent for my new house project. Though it's in a Greenbelt rural area, he managed to design me a beautiful home that fits in perfectly with the environment.
