We are having an orangery built. It was not clear if planning permission was required or whether it would come under permitted development, which was frustrating. I contacted Jo on recommendation and this proved to be invaluable.

My first contact with Jo was by telephone and from this I found that she had a calm and patient approach to our situation, which was a blessing! She arranged for plans to be drawn up, liaising with the glazing company who were to erect the orangery. We were due to go on a three week holiday abroad and was anxious to ensure we could fly out of the UK safe in the knowledge that all was in hand. Jo assured me that she would arrange to submit our application to the local planning authority and deal with any matters that may arise.

I am pleased to say that we had no need to worry. Jo got everything sorted and we now have planning permission.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Jo.
