I have worked with Chetan Parmar for more years than I would like to mention (I’m older than him). He has always been fully involved in the projects and has a rare ability as a structural engineer that he actually does free hand sketches in a meeting, a forgotten art! But more than that he works as a team player.

We were introduced to this structural engineer by our architects. The brief was for a simple side return to our Edwardian terraced house in Clapham. We found the experience of working with them very poor, they were very slow to visit the property and the delivery of the drawings/calculations took several weeks, which held up our build project considerably. In retrospect, we should probably have sourced our own local engineer via recommendation as it would have been cheaper/better service.

Great company....I was passing through London on way too Spain worked here for 5 weeks in 2016........sort of let them down...........still a great company and they deserve quality staff who LIVE LOCAL IN LONDON.......
