Lovely, comfortable spacious cottage in a gorgeous part of the country. Everything you could need and freshly decorated, with parking on site. Nice welcome pack. Owner very friendly and helpful. Lots to do within 30 mins drive. Will definitely stay again.

Great little cottage. The owner lives close by and is happy to answer questions or offer assistance. It really felt like a home from home. The owner is from Bradford as are we.
Lovely welcome pack, very generous. Everything was clean and well presented. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a TV in almost every room.
Gardens were pretty and we saw lots of birds and wildlife. The owner keeps ducks and rabbits and Norham castle and the beautiful the river Tweed are a short walk away.
Berwick Upon Tweed short drive away and it's a lovely town.

Fabulous home away from home. Amazing welcome pack, the best we have ever seen!! Comfortable warm cottage and an even warmer welcome from the owners. Nothing too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. We liked it so much we booked again before leaving.

We have just returned from a week long stay here & had a fantastic time, Lee the owner was very helpful & welcomed us with an amazing welcome hamper, any advise we asked for he was more than willing to help with. The cottage was beautiful.

Just come back from our second stay at this property. Can't recommend it highly enough. Owners on site and so helpful. Welcome pack is the most generous ever! Property is very high spec and spacious. Location is 10 mins from A1 and Berwick, so perfectly placed for day trips, beaches and shops yet in a peaceful, 'get away from it all' spot. Can't wait to go back ?

Fabulous place. Much larger than expected and we counted seating for about 40 including the lovely front and back garden spaces! The peacocks/hens popping round to sit on the patio are an added bonus. A1 about 10 mins (turn left, it's quicker) and Bamburgh etc very easy drive. Village shops OK but hypermarkets 10-15 mins away. A superb relaxing break. Thank you Lee.

Beautiful well equiped cottages in the heart of the countryside with all the comforts of home and more! Very friendly owners on site! Central for visiting Berwick, Edinburgh the Borders and beautiful Northumberland beaches and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty! Would Definately recommend!!
