Phil was recommended to us by a friend after he designed their extension - he was very easy to work with, approachable, and understood the brief. He brought his invaluable knowledge and expertise as well as his experience to the project which ensured a smooth design and planning phase. The options and designs created were exactly what we wanted and he was great with answering queries and also making changes. He has a wealth of contacts from planning officers, to structural engineers which we were able to lean on to further help the build process. Phil Robinson provided a value for money high quality design service that met the expectation of everyone.
This included: Planning/Building control, the client & the builders. Phil worked with us to develop the brief,
taking patience to adjust the design to reflect our requirements on a 2 storey extension with general
refurbishment to an existing bungalow.
We were able to establish accurate prices & the work was carried out efficiently in line with the design.
Phil's knowledge of how things fit together & the ability to provide clear drawings ensured the project was a success.

Extension to create a wow Kitchen and living space with garden views and light.
