Overall we were happy with this company and would use them again. They are a newer company and there’s a learning curve that comes with that, but we felt they really cared about customer satisfaction and when we had feedback, they would listen and immediately adapt, which we really appreciated. We got 5 different quotes for our basement and their quote was right in the middle of the road, but we felt the pricing was fair and they really make a solid effort to stay within budget. Lastly I will say, I had a big fear of being ghosted after paying a contractor, because I have heard horror stories about that happening, but I never had hesitations about that with these guys - they were kind and trustworthy throughout the entire process.

PPM did a bump out with an electric fireplace for me and it turned out BEAUTIFUL!! They were very professional, stuck to my budget, and had it done so quick! We have been enjoying it everyday and everyone that has seen it absolutely loves it. Would totally recommend them!
