We contacted Paul to help with a side return extension at the rear of our terrace house. Paul produced CAD drawings, obtained engineers calculations, building control approval and sourced all trades people before project managing the job, all which was completed within 12 months. I consider this an excellent achievement at a time during the pandemic where many factors were less than favourable.

Paul is honest, hardworking and takes responsibility when project managing a job. His communication is excellent, always replying rapidly to any questions that we had. We are very pleased with our extension and remodeled kitchen; it’s now possible to look out into the garden from the kitchen and dining room, something I thought impossible in this style of house. I would highly recommend Paul and indeed would like him to project manage a loft extension in the near future. Thanks again Paul!
