I have had the pleasure of working with PCC in two capacities.

Firstly, as a tenant within their office building I cannot fault as landlords. They were so helpful in accommodating a new business that needed office space, unproven, no credit history company. The rent and rates were very reasonable and they were very responsive to issues and working to get these solved quickly.

Secondly, I have worked with them on numerous structural engineering projects including a personal project. The price for clients is competitive and the design calculations, reports and drawings are clear to understand and accurate. The personal project was a simple garden canopy for specifying the timber columns, beams and joists and was not too small to handle, with a full sketch scheme and calculation prepared for peace of mind.

In summary, professional, affordable and accurate in all endeavours.

Very disappointing.
I checked this company after finding it on google . I read a couple of bad reviews, but I thought they were quite old, so I gave them a chance.
They came, visit, left, then had to come back 3 days later.
I was waiting for 2 weeks! for them to reach out and tell me their quote for the possible work needed, yet I felt I was bothering them when I called?!
I got unprofessional responses that had nothing to do with what I requested. Still I gave them more time.

Finally a quote came ( via text message) I didn't question it, but I asked to be emailed to me so I could see the breakdown of it ( as their website - had 3 very different price brackets -lower price) anyways..... that quote never arrive to my inbox. So no explanation given as to why that price.

I had to reach to another structural engineer, now.... he came, view and concluded on the same visit.... WE DO NOT NEED AN STRUCTURAL ENGINEER!

Disappointed.

Will I use them or recommend ? NOPE

Fantastic Service. I requested an urgent roof top report and it was surveyed and delivered with 10 days. Great people to work with and a comprehensive report.
