I visited PCD Contracts to speak personally with Paddy and arranged electrical work to be done in my home. Then waited in all Fri morning, no one arrived. I phoned him to be told:sorry I completely forgot, I'll call around at 4pm (Friday). He called at 4pm Fri afternoon: no tools brought in, no work done. Left 5 minutes later saying he would ring me back later.
I waited 2 whole weeks for his phone call! He didn't call. I visited his office again (2nd Visit). Not there, so I left a message for him to phone me. He didn't phone - again.
Visited him AGAIN (3rd visit). This time Paddy said: Oh sorry, I've been so busy. By this time he had wasted 3 weeks of MY time. I had cleared out half of my laundry to ensure he had easy access to wiring. All that stuff put in bedroom, still there. I felt totally disrespected.
To end on a positive note he has a lovely person (new) on reception. I feel sorry for the way she will have to deal with dissatisfied customers like me.

Extremely difficult to contact with. It took me two weeks to sort out the issues between PCD and their contractor, which I should not be involved with at all.
