Vance and Joe did a fantastic job with the damp proofing of our lower ground floor. They were incredibly tidy, they updated us every day with photographs and we couldn’t be happier with the job. It’s been very hard to find tradesmen who take pride in their work and are genuinely concerned about customer care. Could not recommend them highly enough. Thanks to you both very much!

Vance completed an injection DPC and joint sealer at my property. He completed works to a high standard and cleaned as he worked leaving no mess.

Additionally, Vance offered advice with future works that would help me to deal with the damp in the house.

Nigel was my surveyor who has been on the end of the phone when I had any queries or questions.

Earlier in the year I needed Peter Cox and the surveyor, Mark Ellis, was excellent in diagnosing and recommending a solution. Fast forward to this month when I had water through the wall into the garage. I had no hesitation in calling Peter Cox again and asking for the same surveyor. Again, even though the solution was complicated, I engaged Peter Cox themselves to fix the problem. With only a few days to go before Christmas, they sent Steve Mcmullin an Macaulay. Holmes to do the job. Smart cookies these two, realised there may be some spare capacity and called some extra help and almost halved the time of the job and will be finished with a day to spare. Excellent job done. I can’t believe I’m looking forward to the next torrential rain. Thanks Peter Cox.
Addendum
I said I couldn't wait for the next torrential. What an idiot when the rains came and it flooded the garage again. Mark and a team came back and carried out a "flood test" and found there was a slight issue with the outside drain holding some water, which may have backed up into garage. I am waiting for a drain survey, after which they will be back to try again. I'll update this review in due course and let you know how it goes.

Peter Cox were professional from start to finish, while being friendly and flexible in terms of our house's conditions. From the initial survey by Nick, where we learned a lot more than expected, to the patient hard work John put in to get our ground floor timbers treated against wood boring beetles and fungus, and fix everything back in place.
