Thanks Peter for repairing the ends of the seat support arms of my mother-in-law's garden swing seat. It is nice to think there are still people around that are capable and can take on small jobs such as this. My mother-in-law is in hospital and we decided to erect her favourite swing seat in her garden as a nice surprise for her return. As we were unsure of how long she was going to be in hospital, Peter kindly made the repair at short notice. We looked at replacement parts but they were not available and it is usually for this reason things get binned, so renovation and/or repair was essential in this case. Very reasonably priced too. I had been struggling to find a heavy duty replacement base for our Garden Parasol. The original was made of very thin metal and as it's outside all year it had only lasted a couple of years but I didn't want to have to keep renewing it. I tried a couple of local metal fabricators who couldn't (or didn't want to) help me until I stumbled across Peter and I'm glad I did. His work is excellent. It may not have seemed to some a very intersesting piece to make but I couldn't have imagined a more proffesional job clearly a great deal of pride had gone into it and at a very reasonable price. A true Artisan.
