Phil and myself have worked together for many years now either directly or along third party companies. His attention to detail is excellent and his background knowledge of the current regulations is also up to date. he is very amenable and listens well to clients requirements rather than telling the client what they should have. His designs are well presented and easy to build from as well as the finer detail of the wow items which he provides and researches for the finishing touch. his fees are competitive with the industry going rates . we still continue to use Phil on our projects and can strongly recommend his services .
