Pretty appalled how I was treated, I sent in a request for a small one off job, Neil phoned me and said he could do it but not for 6 weeks or so, he then said he would email me a quote that day. The quote didn't come through so I waited a few days before requesting it be resent. I then get an email telling me he is no longer interested in my job, I can only assume this is purely from me requesting an email he said he would send! Very dissapointing!
