We've used Spinnaker several times for work and would strongly recommend them for either large or small projects. Toby successfully built and managed a large extension with a complicated roofline for us a couple of years ago. He has just refitted our kitchen diner, remodelled the main bathroom and completed several smaller jobs for us. Without doubt, he is always our contractor of choice. Professional, friendly, competitively priced and high standards of workmanship.

Spinnaker have completed several projects for us now. Our en-suite is now a disability friendly shower room. Our 1980’s kitchen, dining room and bathroom are now an updated kitchen diner and bathroom. The plumbing and electrical supplies are renewed; the carpeted hall now has a laminate floor. Toby gave us valuable advice at the planning and costing stages and discussed progress of work throughout, either face to face or by telephone and text message.
We were not living on-site during the course of the works but made visits home to view progress and discuss any minor points. Our neighbours have told us everyone was considerate of them , all rubbish was removed and the site was left tidy at the end. The Spinnaker team were friendly, professional and achieved a very high finish on everything . Charges were as anticipated. We have no hesitation in recommending.

Toby and his team renovated the entire ground floor of our house. They created an open plan kitchen, dining, living room and it has transformed our home. They organised and delivered on virtually all aspects of the job from fixing subsidence issues we had when we bought the property to electrics, plumbing, plastering and fitting our amazing bifolds! From start to finish, the team were incredibly professional and helpful to have around and always put our wishes first. Toby was communicative, supportive and went above and beyond in providing help which was extremely important as we have never had any work like this done before. Advice on all aspects of work excellent. Completed a brilliant job in record time. Had ceilings plastered, lights fitted in ceiling and extra plug sockets fitted. All work is completed to a very high standard with minimal disruption. First class and thoroughly recommend. Due to have further work completed in near future.

Having known Toby from undertaking a BTEC in construction nearly 18 years ago he has become a well skilled and rounded contractor. As seen in his work a professional and well planned approach from site boards, health and safety and a clean and well organised site.
