I initially dealt with Errill who answered all of my questions regarding the cost and process of creating structural calculations and drawings for my planned building work.

I was then passed on to Ferhat, who again answered any questions I had both before and after conducting the site visit. Whilst on side Ferhat was very professional and explained each step of the process he was following and highlighted specific area he was surveying. Ferhat provided the completed calculations and drawings in good time and even provided a revised set at my request.

All in all, a very good service from PIBOB Consulting.
