Cannot fault this company , done a whole kitchen rip out and install everything new , the guys were very helpful courteous and met all my needs. Monica messaged every day to update what contractors were coming and time scale etc. amazing communication from her. Great finish on the job very happy.

Pilon have done amazing on my bathroom I can't fault this company kerry the savayor was really friendly and very helpful on text updates to when the workmen would be out the lads have done an amazing job I love it thank you to everyone that came out i appricate everything pilon have done

Absolutely shocking company no one knows what they are doing no one's organised, so you receive a letter to say what day they are coming you even get a text message a few days afterwards to say when they are coming and please empty out your kitchen "as i did" they do not let you know what time they are coming no one gets in touch with you so it's down to myself who has to ring numbers but no one picks up so eventually they do turn up about 11:15 then go home about 1:40 p.m. some workmen have respect for your place but some don't some look at you think they're better than you well that is not the case, there is no way the size of my kitchen should take 10 days if i could put pictures up i would. When you have mental health and anxiety kicks and if you are very dyslexic it's very hard to explain where some people can take advantage of you. Here are some photos is how they left it and which I finished some of it off clearing that up taking the plasterboard off the walls, there are couple of photos in there it shows what my kitchen did look like before they came around, There's probably so much more i could say......

I watched these guys do up the decrepid bungalow next door.
They worked as a team, stayed until 10 pm on Christmas Eve and transformed the place including a picket fence, cut the garden, moved the toilet, removed, replaced and plastered new walls, new kitchen , it looks awesome.
It took me 4 months to get a tiny bit of plastering done.
They work really hard , I was impressed.

Absolutely terrible "company". Disorganised, unreliable, always late (if they bother to turn up at all), and shoddy work. I had my bathroom replaced with a wet room. There have been several issues, but the main problem is that the floor is not sloped so the water from the shower just floods the floor and does not drain away. After eight months of this, they finally agreed to take the floor up and replace it, making sure it slopes. They have not arrived. I am unable to contact anyone, despite being told by the woman is spoke to that her phone would be on today.

Bathroom refurbished- Amazing.
We are so happy with the end result & cannot commend the team enough - from choosing the colours & materials -to prep work -to installation & full communication with renewals team to each next step & to finishing . Everyone involved worked so hard- respecting our property & considerations to cleanliness & excellent manners throughout the whole process.
Very grateful & would welcome the team back for any future projects .

I had Pilon ltd come out to my property ripped my bathroom out and replastered all the walls and decorated and reinstalling new bathroom and flooring in both toilet and bathroom nearly finished but very satisfied with the work and professionalism of the people employed they are very polite and very hard-working always on time communicated through call or text from denada to say who was coming that day and whether am or pm appointment and constantin,protected my flooring as well ,previously hired for my kitchen to and that is 2 years old no problems with it thoroughly recommend thankyou to both denada and constantin south Essex homes for completing the works and brilliant communication thankyou again
