The job was agreed after two site visits. Date was confirmed, unfortunately work didn’t commence on the date agreed.
After probing for communication, I was informed he was unwell. I delayed the job by nearly 4 weeks as he informed me he had already started work on my job.
I was then informed the work could potential start on the 29th August.

I messaged a day or so earlier, once again the radio silence. No response to any calls or messages left.

I choose a local carpenter after reading the reviews, also it was an incentive for him to have a local job.

I am posting this as I do not want anyone else to wait around for a promised job never to happen!

Absolutely fabulous. My lovely oak floor is very professionally done, it was quick however done to perfection. I’ve never been happier with a service. Phil has a great eye to detail. I highly recommend. 🙂
