I reluctantly leave 1 star reviews, but these 5 stars "baffle" me.

Found their details via Gas Safe due to an issue that the National Grid found. A report was made, and I sent it to PK2 prior. Called me, asked me for details, explained that everything was in the report, and gave me a time when the person would come out. Asked how much the call out charge "don't know. The engineer will tell you" (alarm bells there and then)" - was 2 hours late and didn't even introduce himself.

3 different people had come out, didn't overly explain what they did, we did get the hot water back and was told to keep the gas fire off due to a "carbon monoxide leak" - which I knew was not true as National Grid didn't detect one, (or 2 houses either side), and that they would come out the next day. Central heating was no longer working, advised of this and messaged me at 6.45am the next morning stating they'd turn up between 8.30 and 9am - 2 hours late with zero update. Blamed the Hive we have, fair enough, said the manager would be out later, and promptly left. Messaged at 4 pm when will I get an update, and by 8pm, the pressure exceeded max, so I messaged them again ... didn't even read the message till 8am the next day. Still no reply as of the time of this review.

Stated I'll take my business elsewhere.

Long story short: their punctuality, knowledge, consideration, and rectitude are all atrocious.

Edit: had another company out on 07/10 that found a litany of things wrong with the boiler within a space of 30 minutes and advised of the cheapest option rather than taking £160 off me.

PK2 builders renovated my bath and also serviced my boiler last month. Since my first meeting with PK2, I felt very comfortable with their approach to work. Fantastic service Mr Kumar helped me out when heating packed up , his engineer was great , and also Mr Kumar himself turned up to fit a new diverter valve, all done over two days after being let down by other heating engineers , such a great and friendly service and not as expensive as I expected, I really recommend Mr Kumar and his company on the heating plumbing front.

I had a problem with leaks on an industrial roof. Over the years we’ve had many different workmen come out to fix it but it’s always been very temporary. PK2 did some work on there and for just a few hours and we’ve never had a problem since!
