Having never attempted a building project before (single story rear extension and internal alterations), Mark was extremely patient with us. He interpreted all our requirements just as we imagined them and delivered us to the point where we were able to engage our contractor with full planning permission and engineering drawings. Mark was responsive throughout the build process in responding to our builder's queries. The outcome is now that we have exactly the building structure we wanted, with the character features that will turn our 'plaster board box' in to the contemporary cottage we always wanted. Great service delivered professionally.

We have used PKA twice for our domestic extensions. They helped deliver the 'wow' factor in our first two-storey extension and more recently a single storey contemporary garden room at the rear. Sound advice and a professional job. Would use again and in fact our son has commissioned them for an extension at his house.
