Justin at Plan-It Partnership worked with us on our alterations, preparing Planning and Building Regulations drawings. He provided an excellent, knowledgeable service at what I believe was a very reasonable cost and came up with a great design. We were making a lot of structural alterations, so Justin put us in touch with a really good structural engineer and then included the engineer's work in the Building Regulations drawings. if I were to do any further alterations I'd definitely want to work with Justin again.

I first contacted Plan it Partnership about adding a first floor extension to my bungalow after learning planning laws had changed and that i could do it under the new prior approval scheme.
Justin was amazing he guided me through the whole process and was already up to date with the prior approval upwards extension scheme even though it is a brand new scheme.
Our application was the first prior approval application in Warwickshire to be approved. Justin made the process straight forward and easy, he gave us excellent advice and guidance through out.
I can not recommend Justin enough, so much that he has drawn up other plans for us since!

We have used Plan-it Partnership Ltd twice now, once for a "back to brick" renovation and more recently for the conversion of an integral garage and build of a new double garage. On each occasion it has been a true pleasure to work with this company. Designs and options are always talked through, nothing is too much trouble, drawings and essential information for planning permission have been done in quick time and the process managed professionally. I asked Justin to offer some ideas for a kitchen living room extension and an en suite. He came up with a number of options. The one we settled on went through planning with no issues first time. He was always available to talk and his costs were very reasonable and fixed at the beginning of the process. Justin helped design an extension on our property. I was very pleased that the plans went through and were granted by the council on the first application.

The end result was an extension that was inkeep with the property, infact it is difficult to see where the original property and extension meet.
