Chris has been incredibly helpful and based on my first experience on an enquiry ( as opposed to a full Planning application ) she is top of my list for my next development proposal. BRILLIANT SERVICE. BRILLIANT PHONE MANNER.... I phoned Chris after looking on the Internet for a private planning consultant. Highly recommend Chris Pipe as a planner, her approach was second to none and made us feel we were in good hands instantly. We required her expertise to obtain approval for outline permission of a home in our woodland. Chris was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions/queries in a timely manner.
Chris used her extensive knowledge and skill to secure permission for a rural worker dwelling at our forestry business in County Durham. Chris has achieved something we thought was going to be impossible. Only a very small percentage of permission is granted for forest/woodland dwellings.
