Didn’t listen to what we wanted several times. He basically took my husband’s rough drawings and put his name on it and tried to charge us close to £2k for plans we still wasn’t 100% happy with. We refused to pay him that amount as that was the price we was quoted for plans we was happy to submit and we hadn’t received that. He took us to small claims court. Wouldn’t try resolve it outside and put us under a lot of stress. We ended up paying him some of this and then had to chase him up to get him to let the courts know we had paid to get the CCJ removed. Please avoid this company

Owner was rude and unprofessional, will definitely not recommend. He wasted our time for a bout a month and when asked for when our extension design would be ready he hung up on us.
