When you decide to have building renovations on your house you are filled with excitement but also apprehension. Little did we know just how excellent Platinum were going to be!

All boxes were ticked throughout the build, right up to the handover day and we highly recommend Platinum Design & Developments Ltd!

Why we chose Platinum ….

It was all in the planning - as a family of 6 Platinum knew we needed as little disruption as possible. The timeline was calculated to perfection. The work was completed in sections in which we were still able to live there comfortably and safely.

Innovative ideas - Platinum came up with changes to our plans which made so much sense. They have knowledge and experience in what works well to suit your property and they way you need to live in it.

Always in touch - we were always kept informed of what would be happening each week/day and contacted if there were to be any changes. Everything was done to suit us and fitted in perfectly.

Budget - Platinum gave us a payment structure before the works commenced and we paid in instalments which worked well. There were never any uncertainties.

Clean & Tidy - throughout the build we have been amazed by how little mess there has been even during the digging out of the foundations. Always clean at the end of the day, skips emptied without overflowing and the provision of a professional cleaner at the end of build was a good touch!

Extras - as with all work there are always things that ‘crop up’ that you haven’t thought of which just make sense. Platinum were very accommodating in making our wishes come true. Excellent recommendations with regards to our kitchen provider etc.

If anyone had told us that this would have been such a good experience we wouldn’t have believed them. Such nice friendly guys who know their trades - a credit to Billy and all the team at Platinum!
