Initially made contact via email with no response. Then i called, was told the relevant surveyor would call me back which he didnt. I rang back after a week and finally got through and arranged for him to come round. I was told he would knock up some drawings to submit for plans and it wouldn't take him very long. Nearly 3 weeks now with no contact. Rang up several times and the receptionist says she will get him to call me back which we have been told about five times now. Finally give up on them today and rang to say we wont be taking our work with them any further! Can't comment on their work as it never got that far, but if you want anything doing anytime soon I would suggest giving this company a swerve

Rang up to make an appointment with an engineer. Still waiting for a call back, over a week now. I'm not chasing if they're too busy then say so, I'd be worried if I ran my business this way.
