I don't often write reviews. And when I do, unfortunately, it's often in repose to a bad experience. This one is different.

I recently joined my HOA Board (66 unit building) and discovered we were in dire need of a qualified property management company. So far as I can tell, the previously management company was not properly advising the board as to fiduciary duties and/or proper planning to maintain the property.

I invested 40+ hours interviewing 15 companies before presenting all info to the board. It was a unanimous decision to choose PMP.

PMP has done an impressive job jumping in to a very messy situation and helping the board to assess our current situation and define a path forward.

I’m writing this review in the hopes other HOAs in need of a quality property manager will find PMP.

Our property manager Diana and everyone at PMP does a great job in responding quickly to requests and concerns. We needed to have the large sycamore tree that the city of Santa Clarita is responsible for trimmed so it does not overhang the patio and house. She followed up with the city of Santa Clarita and they sent a trimmer to do the job. Diana follows through and is very responsive to the needs of the residents.

Jenni M. in the escrow department at PMP is amazing. She was responsive over the course of a week during a difficult time. We were working through issues with the bank on who was our HOA, liability insurance, etc. I greatly appreciate all her efforts and never giving up for us to resolve the issue.
