Poole Construction renovated our house entirely, transforming a two bedroom detached house in a five bedroom house. The result was incredible and we are very pleased with it. I would highly recommend this team and in particular for their flexibility, advise and support in making the best decisions for your home. In addition this team was incredibly good in handling the inevitable uncertainties that are part of a complex project. I was impressed by their project management skills. Highly recommended.

We chose to get our Bathroom renovated with Poole construction as they were recommended to us.

Ethan was extremely good in guiding us in the beginning stages to find out what it was we were after, he visited us at our home & established exactly what we wanted and measured up the existing bathroom. A few weeks later he made a 2nd visit to us to look for all of the sanitary-ware that we wanted, via reputable bathroom company websites. He then emailed us a full ‘shopping list’ of everything we had chosen/would need for the renovation. This service really was ‘above and beyond’.

The work itself took just under 1 month and all of the workmen involved were very polite, discrete, and always arrived in a timely manner. There were a few snags along the way but these were promptly and efficiently resolved, which is all you can really ask for!

Communication via email/text was also great.

We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved!

As a near by resident to one of there construction sites I would notify you that they are the most inconsiderate company with
parking - double parking
noise 0700 starting times
Blaming everything on the contractors who don’t care claiming. Well we have to work
Blocking access to the close and driveways
Pouring waste products into the drains causing the water company to unblock the drains
dust and cement and building materials to fall anywhere and into the road and to next door causing the
Person to park everywhere wash their car to remove
The sight manager doesn’t care or bother when you complain to him if and when he shows up
The complaints go on and on

This family business and its workforce were always very professional and very friendly with us from start to completion of the work we had planned. There were a couple delays but these were out of their hands and it was always explained the reasons for this. The quality of workmanship was fantastic and we were more than happy with the finished job which seems like it’s used with materials that are made to last. Overall, we would highly recommend Poole Construction and we wouldn’t hesitate to ask them for help again if required.

Ethan, and the whole team, were fantastic from beginning to end. They were reliable, tidy, polite, conscientious - everything you could want. And the work was carried out to a really high standard. Our snagging lists for both the kitchen & en-suite bathroom were tiny, but even the smallest thing we pointed out was put right without delay. We would happily recommend them, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again ourselves.

I took a chance on a company of which I knew nothing and am so glad that I did. They fitted a bathroom and downstairs cloakroom where there were none previously, and to a high standard; I am so pleased with the finished result. The rooms are beautiful and everything has been working perfectly.
I liked Poole's affable approach - yet they were also professional. From Ethan's initial visit, I never doubted that they would come up trumps. At the end of each day, things were left neat and ready for the next craftsperson. They have a good and dedicated team. I also felt secure in the knowledge that Kim was overseeing everything.
A bonus was that they were all terrific with the house animals.
The most important thing to write is that I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Over a 2 month period in early 2022, Poole Construction carried out extensive work on our house, which included reconfiguring plumbing and pipework inside and out, fitting new bathroom, bedroom vanity and cloakroom, removal of extensive blown plaster and fireplace, overseeing new plaster work, fitting tiles and luxury vinyl and redecorating. Approx 10 or so craftspeople were involved who were all highly skilled and a pleasure to have working in the house. They were respectful at all times and willing to discuss any construction issues and questions arising. They cleaned up thoroughly every day. Problems were dealt with and resolved swiftly and pleasantly. We would definitely use Poole Construction again, give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.
