We chose Rob to install our oil central heating system. He spent time planning how to do the work to get it just right as we live in a converted barn and had concerns about how all the pipe work might spoil the look of the house. Rob was very aware of this and went out of his way to make sure there was minimal disruption. We found him to be very reliable and efficient and he did an excellent job. He always cleared up after each days work and is also a very pleasant man.
We would highly recommend his work and have already booked him to come back and do some electrical work on our house.

Positive Earth and it’s principle Rob are an excellent company. Since we moved to our new home Rob has reviewed both our electrical circuits (home and outbuildings) The main fuse box has been replaced the appropriate re- wiring completed. Appropriate armoured wiring has been installed to accommodate a full solar system and battery storage unit. New wiring and associated work has also been completed to allow the introduction of electric vehicle charging system. New LED down lighters and dimmer switch have been replaced in the kitchen where the gas boiler and fire have been fully serviced. Robs preparation, the actual work and final certification are all carried out to a very high standard. He is also sensitive to the customers requests and property. He is a very tidy, neat and professional electrician with many qualifications to his bow. We would use Rob again having already booked next years services. We would definitely recommend him and Positive Earth to anyone.

Our yearly boiler service was due so as agreed we used Rob (Positive Earth).
again. Despite being very busy he booked us in arrived on the day and carried out our gas boiler service with his now expected levels of competency and professionalism.

I would give zero if that was possible - Avoid this company like the plague. Rob convinced me to go down the Air Source Heat Pump route after calling him in for an Oil Boiler Quote in 2015. The system has never worked correctly and he starting abandoning his customers around 2016 after installing systems costing tens of thousands. They refused to take calls and no longer honoured their installations. I was told they were no longer operating but recently found this website. They also did the plumbing for a new bathroom around the same time, which needs complete rework as the sewage system was not set up properly and the toilet content backwashes into the shower. Absolutely incompetent and the entire shower floor needs removing meaning writing off a 1k underfloor heating system and tiles. Proof available of all the above on request.
