A great experience from quotation to commissioning. Having worked in the service industry for 25 years I know great service and that is exactly what I got. The system quoted was perfectly suited my needs, the installation team were very professional, cleaned up and completed the installation to an impeccable standard. I highly recommend Potentia for a solar & battery domestic installation. They conducted a thorough viability assessment of our property, internal and external and used a sophisticated high res drone to assess the roof. All of this meant that when it came to the installation it all went very smoothly. Our electrical energy needs are now all being met by our new system. Thanks to all the Potentia team for their great work.

Dan and his team have recently installed my solar panels, inverter and battery. They were not only friendly and professional team, but also extremely knowledgeable and efficient. From the initial consultation through the final installation, they were incredibly helpful and informative. Dan took the time to explain the entire process to me in detail, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand, taking into account my energy needs and budget.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have solar panels fitted at their home.

From start to finish, nothing but praise for a highly professional service from Potentia Engineering. Unlike other companies I spoke to who employed salesmen that have never even installed a solar system, Dan came to survey and quote, specifying a solar and battery system that completely matched my requirements, with no upselling or unnecessary extras. Dan then had the complete system installed and up and running in two days.

Since the system was installed in October 23, it has been working seamlessly, significantly reducing our electricity bills.

Exceptionally high standard of work and customer service that puts other companies to shame and very easy and friendly to work with. Highly recommended !

Dan and the team have done a fantastic job on our recent solar project.
From the outset when Dan visited us to get the requirement, I realised that Potentia are not like other suppliers.
Dan took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve and explained why he advocated the solution he was going to recommend. He got it spot on. It is clear Dan really knows the business he is in and has a real energy about delivering great outcomes.
I couldn't believe how fast we moved from contract to delivery - the three months I expected from other suppliers was just weeks for Potentia.
When it came to installation, it was all but wrapped up on day 2, and Dan's team had even replaced previously damaged tiles on the roof.
Post sale, Dan has been very supportive which gives me great confidence that should any problems arise he will be in there sorting them out.
Am I happy I chose Potentia - hell yes!
