I contacted PRAiA studio to draw up architectural plans for a recycling area at our block of flats. Communication with Petre Mihoc has been first class in every sense. His responses to my emails and telephone queries have, wherever possible, been immediate and concise and Petre has kept me fully informed throughout the planning process with the planning department at our council. Great value for money. Listened to what we wanted to achieve, Petre has been both accommodating and innovative during design phase. All revisions were done in a timely manner and with attention to detail and now submitted aaplication for a listed building consent. Would definitely recommend Praia Studio.
