Wonderful...we have had major works carried out by Premier crafts.. both the building side and the bespoke Kitchens. We had our kitchen and lounge made open plan with vaulted ceilings and velux windows. We are delighted with the outcome. From the beginning this company filled us with confidence. All of the teams who worked on the project were terrific. We had total trust from the beginning that we would get the very best results. From the planning with Jim, building gang lead by Wayne and Gav who were simply wonderful and were really focused on delivering a great job...offering great suggestions as we went. The Electrician Alan, the plumbers and plasterers, were all great and thoroughly nice decent people...we are very happy and have trusted their workmanship and been very pleased with the results.
On the kitchen side: Aaron the designer worked really hard and very closely with us throughout the project, to ensure a fabulous outcome and our wonderful kitchen❤️ The whole kitchen team were great: the fitters Kev, Kev and Lottie and Paul, the cabinet makers and shop floor/ delivery lads were all, so delightful and helpful. Thank you Premier Crafts and your whole team, I am so delighted we chose you to carry out the work ❤️

Choosing a new kitchen can be daunting but with Premier Crafts I felt I had made the right choice .From the start right through to completion the overall experience has been made as stress free as possible.
Loved Aaron's design and vision,having a wall removed between kitchen and diner making room for an Island,which is what I wanted .
Have been constantly reassured as Richard kept me well informed, any minor issues dealt with promptly.
All the team were professional,polite,and obliging with special thanks to Paul who did an excellent job of fitting.
Very delighted with my new kitchen and "Hide away doors" which lead into my utility room.

10/10 Would highly recommend

We approached Premier Crafts after they were recommend by a friend and we can honestly say we were not disappointed in their honest and professional approach.

From the initial design stage with Aaron who has fantastic attention to detail, he understood the end vision of our dream kitchen from the first meeting. Our vision was not always practical so he guided us through the process step by step, even suggesting what would work more efficiently with the limited space that we had.

We would also like to thank Jason, our fitters Craig & Paul and not forgetting Rebecca who have all worked behind the scenes to achieve the end result, which has more than exceeded our expectations.

We were so impressed, we have returned to start another project with them in the near future.

We are so pleased with our beautiful kitchen (and partial garage conversion to make a utility area and downstairs WC) by the Premier Crafts team. It's been a really positive experience from start to finish - Aaron was so helpful during the design process, always keeping our wishes a priority but contributing his own advice and tips where needed, and continued to check in right until completion to make sure everything was going as planned. Of course there were a few minor hiccups along the way but nothing out of the ordinary and thanks to good communication from all members of the team, we knew where we stood, and everything was sorted out really quickly. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and would definitely recommend PC (and will likely return in future for a different project!)

Couldn't be happier with the service provided from premier crafts! Aaron was amazing from the very start I told him what I had in mind and he excelled my expectations with the plan he came up with for my new kitchen.
(I had other plans from other companies that didn't come close) From the very start the rip out of the old kitchen it was such a smooth process. I could get in touch with him at anytime to ask questions ect and he was always happy to help. Richard aswel was fantastic ringing me keeping me up to date with the daily plan and any changes and changed for times ect I needed to make he would work around what suited me best. I Couldn't have wished for nicer people to deal with and the end result is amazing from start to finish I've never had an issue and they have been a pleasure to work with! Could not recommend premier crafts and Aaron enough

My self and my husband would like to thank the team at PremierCraft for the overall high standard of customer service. From the start Jason listened to our vision and incorporated everything we asked for. The price was fair and reasonable, The plans were drawn up and the work was complete to a very high standard. Jason was always contactable during the installation. The finished product was beyond our vision and we would highly recommend the team at PremierCraft. We will certainly be back for our next project.

Fantastic service from planning to fitting.
Everything went exactly how it was planned by Aaron who went into a lot of detail and the two fitters Kev and Kev were very professional.
The After care service was brilliant as Richard sorted out the faulted door and got the fitter to replace it ASAP.
All in all you actually do get what you pay for with this company, couldn’t fault them and would certainly recommend them.
