I have had occasion to use engineers quite a bit recently, so I can tell the difference. Mohamed Naveed was an absolute delight to deal with and his most redeeming feature is the speed at which he attends to things.

He was on time, flexible, and demonstrated a high level of competence. His quotation for the project was very reasonable and I decided to hire him.

Premium structural have worked on a complete revamp of our home, all 3 levels and various layout changes and extensions. All completed in good time, with perfect quality, and for a very competitive cost. Tgey have also been very helpful after the work has been done, answering questions and being on hand if needed. Incomplete and yet overly complicated design. Another, cheaper, local company repeated the design. The result was more flexible, complete and significantly cheaper to implement - saving £££ and several construction days.

Naveed was a breath of fresh air after our last structural engineer who continuously failed to deliver and then just disappeared. We needed a report for house works and an Garden Office pod as quickly as possible due to loss of time with previous engineer. Naveed delivered what we needed very quickly on time, responded quickly to queries, and even consulted with suppliers for the pod to ensure that the foundation system would be installed correctly. Also his costs were very good value for money considering the amount of works we are having done.
