Roger and Nick recently helped us gain planning permission for two properties to be built next to our house in Hemel Hempstead.
Finding a good architect is a bit of a mine field and like most people you probably have a list of three or four…. Which one do you choose!
We decided on Roger and his team from Prestige Projects Management ltd and we definitely made the right decision…..Roger was a pleasure to work with, such a nice person with a nice friendly personality!!
He listened to our plans for the build, offered very good advice, and produced some great drawings that passed through planning without a hitch.
Roger dealt with any issues with planning in a very calm manner, kept us fully informed all the way through the process and took a lot of the stress of the planning process from us.
I would honestly say Roger and his team from Prestige Projects Management ltd will help turn your dreams in to reality.

I asked Prestige Projects if they could help me sell my property which had the potential to be split up into 3 separate entities. They advised me of what could be done and did the drawings for me, submitted it to planning, dealt with all the queries and ultimately obtained planning permission for my property for be developed into 2 flats and a small retail shop. They made this process very easy for me, whilst keeping me informed all the way. Ultimately, I sold the project to a Developer who did the job. I obtained an increase in sale price of about 60% more than I had originally been offered. I have nothing but 5 star praise for the way Prestige Projects handled my own project.
