I have recently had a lot of work done to my property with these guys including a full new kitchen and bathroom and I highly recommend them! Spencer, Kye and Andreos are really hard working and work to a very high standard. I’m so pleased with the finish. I’ve had other companies in the past to do work and never experienced such great results. It’s like they treat your home how they would their own home and that’s hard to find. Quinn in the office was professional and communicated throughout to check I was happy with the work. Nothing was too much trouble!
If I could give more stars for the work they did I would without hesitation. Great work guys all of you ? very happy customer. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had some work done by these lovely gentlemen. Couldn’t be more pleased! They’re so professional and finished to an exceptional standard, would highly recommend. I’m extremely happy with principle construction would defo recommend this company I recently had fencing done and a repair to my path , the workmen were so lovely worked so hard you can tell they take pride in their work wasn’t an easy job to do due to tree stumps and other complication but made sure it was done to a really high standard . Even the lovely team at the office were so helpful and lovely , I explained I needed this work done as urgently as I could and they went above and beyond to do that for me

This company was suppose to fit my bathroom. They sent someone out to measure up and take photos to match like for like. They had booked a 4 day work twice and fail to turn up on both occasions to do the work that was planned, due to failing to get the correct flooring. This has resulted in me wasting 2xweeks of annual leave. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. If I could have given zero stars I would have. The first picture is the original floor and picture two is what Principle construction wanted to use. Apparently like for like. Poor quality of service. They also requested that I stayed in a hotel while they carried out the work as they didn't like my rude response to their complete unprofessional standard of work. Also the 5 star review is written by the owner. In my opinion this is a massive conflict of interest. It's a joke.

This company did all my repairs including a new kitchen and decorating the whole house so me and my children could return home after leaving due to domestic violence they were efficient and professional and friendly work men we are very grateful for everything
