I had an instant connection with Stephanie regarding the design of our new office. I trusted her professionalism, talent, creativity, energy and passion.

Timescales were managed and updates were always given by the team. Processes were explained and queries were answered. Any stressful moments were dealt with and efficiently managed.

We visited the site on a regular basis and followed all the detailed technical drawings and plans with great excitement and glee.

The finished result was everything we ever dreamed of and more. The standard was extremely high, it was crystal clear that a lot of energy and time had gone into our project.

In 2010, Countrywide Plc took the decision to start to re-invest in their branch network. Clearly the property crash had taught us all many lessons and as a result, we were keen to ensure that we took the opportunity to partner with a team that shared our ambitions in "raising the bar" in terms of the look, feel and their practical nature.

Proici were originally tested on the South Coast where we had taken the decision to extend the footprint of our Palmer Snell brand. From a very early stage it became clear that their previous experiences across many retail industries meant that they were prepared to challenge our thinking further than we had anticipated. What was also really quite surprising was their ability to quickly understand our size, culture and the needs of our different divisions whether that be mortgages, house sales or Lettings.

Their designs and ideas were without doubt original and for some Countrywide members, quite a challenge to originally digest. When complete, the quality of work was exceptional and the tight deadlines were always met, despite having to work with our numerous departments that included IT and Premises.

The feedback from our local management teams, our branch based colleagues and customers meant that our relationships with Proici extended to all parts of national network.

We were particularly pleased to see staff retention increase together with our financial results.

Proici Commercial Interiors were introduced to us by Harlaxton Estates, to carry out the fit out of our new commercial business premises comprising of offices and warehouse. From the initial introduction right through to completion of the project we found the organisation very professional, approachable and easy to deal with. Even though we were working to tight budgets, this did not impact on the many options they gave us, nor their creative flair, in creating a very modern working environment, appreciated by all the staff and complimented by our visitors. In every step of the process we were regularly updated on progress against the initial project plan. In April 2015 the country’s largest producer and promoter of music and sport, Liz Hobbs Group moved into new premises – the ‘Music Factory’ as part of a major expansion to the business. Proici were integral to the move, working hand in hand with owner and CEO, Liz Doogan-Hobbs MBE, to design concept and to ensure the Music Factory exhibited the ethos and culture of the business, whilst at the same time having state of the art facilities. From concept generation with a clear creative brief, to ensuring the open plan office space was a vibrant yet private place to work, Proici were able to bring the building to life. The project managers understood the brief and brought the conceptual ideas to life with creative ideas which delivered exactly what was required.

As we enter our 25th year, we have already seen major expansion and will be entering our busiest summer yet. Proici have created a wonderful space for us to grow and develop whilst showcasing the business to prospective clients. The Music Factory opened for business in April 2015 and have been the nerve centre for developing and creating tours for artists such as Little Mix, Olly Murs, Bryan Adams, Simply Red, Madness and Tom Jones and our continued growth in our new space is key to the business moving forwards.

As Liz Hobbs Group grows, the building has room for expansion and we’ll certainly enlist the help and support of the team at Proici for any future project and would recommend their services to anyone who is looking to achieve a similar high quality office space to work in.
