Chris at Project & Co was appointed by my buyers to conduct a survey on my house prior to them buying it. I had previously paid out a lot of money to a well known surveyors to conduct a survey on the house i was purchasing. They just didn't help me out at all with a near on 70 page survey of complete waffle. Chris helped me go through the survey and make sense of it and all completely free of charge. Appreciated hes honest straight forward approach and wouldn't hesitate should I ever need a survey in the future to appoint him. Thanks again.
