Very unprofessional. I called to inquire about taking some sewing lessons. The lady said lessons had already started and she would get back to me for the next ones. Never heard back from her. So a couple of months go by and I try calling a few times, no answer. Leave a couple of messages, no call back. So I sent a text message on two separate occasions, no response. No worries, I’ll take my money elsewhere. Only reason I tried a few times for this place was because it was the closest to me.

I hate having to put a bad review on a small business but I need to make everyone that is thinking of taking a class in this establishement to think twice and look else where. First off I do want to say that the teacher Elisabeth is very knowledgeable and I won't take that away from her. BUT I do have an issue with how they have handle our groups situation. We started in a group of 5 students but little by little some had to stop taking the class. So to make long story short 2 of us were left. I was sick with COVID and couldnt go into the class they decided to close our group class because they had not received payment. HOW CAN I PAY YOU WHEN I AM OUT SICK! I think it is very unprofessional on how they handled at lease my situation. I will look else where to continue my sewing journey. I am not a child that you can talk to the way Elisabeth spoke to me. This is an advice to them as a small business. In order to be successful sometimes we have to take small loss to gain big gains. You lost 2 students just because the group became smaller. Also, she likes to extend the classes to prolong the learning process so they can make more money. And her husband is a rude old man. It's all about the money to him. I hope this helps anyone looking into taking sewing classes. You have been warned.

Odio tener que dar una mala crítica a una pequeña empresa, pero necesito que todos los que estén pensando en tomar una clase en este establecimiento lo piensen dos veces y busquen en otra parte. En primer lugar, quiero decir que la profesora Elisabeth tiene mucho conocimiento y no se lo quitaré. PERO tengo un problema cómo manejaron la situación de nuestros grupos. Empezamos en un grupo de 5 alumnos pero poco a poco algunos tuvieron que dejar de tomar la clase. Entonces, para resumir, nos quedamos 2 de nosotros. Estaba enfermo con COVID y no podía ir a la clase. Decidieron cerrar nuestra clase grupal porque no habían recibido el pago. ¡CÓMO PUEDO PAGARLE CUANDO ESTOY ENFERMA! Creo que es muy poco profesional la forma en que manejaron al menos mi situación. Buscaré otro lugar donde continuar mi viaje de costura. No soy una niña a la que puedas hablarle como Elisabeth me habló a mí. Este es un consejo para ellos como pequeñas empresas. Para tener éxito a veces tenemos que asumir pequeñas pérdidas para obtener grandes ganancias. Perdiste 2 estudiantes solo porque el grupo se hizo más pequeño. Además, le gusta extender las clases para prolongar el proceso de aprendizaje y así poder ganar más dinero. Y su marido es un viejo grosero. Para él todo es cuestión de dinero. Espero que esto ayude a cualquiera que quiera tomar clases de costura. Usted ha sido advertido.
