Our decking base had completely rotted but our composite boards were fine. We was give the number of property obsession who were excellent from start to finish. Fiona was constantly in contact with us and the two joiners Dave & Liam worked so hard and completed everything and cleaned up after themselves in just over two days. All the rubbish was removed and everything was left clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend them and would use this company again in the future. First rate.

We had an amazing experience with Fiona and the team. Me and my husband are not the best at DIY so we wanted a service whereby we could just explain what we wanted and it would just be done and managed from start to finish with no hassle. The communication was great from the offset in understanding our vision, providing a quotation, throughout the job being done and then completing the job. We were thrilled with the end result, it was exactly as we’d pictured it. We’re now taking some time to enjoy our new room before the team come back to start the next job for us. I’d thoroughly recommend property obsession - fabulous trustworthy service and did exactly what they said they’d do for us, which isn’t always easy to find when dealing with individual trades people.

I needed a mirror fitting above my fireplace. Fiona promptly arranged for someone to come over and sort it for me. They went above and beyond my expectations as when they discovered my mirror had a string holder they returned a few days later to make it more secure (with a metal holder). Great service, great people. Would definitely recommend.

All I can say is amazing, from start to finish had nothing but a pleasant and positive experience. Fiona sat with us too go through our plans of what we wanted and I honestly didn’t think she’d be able to create what we wanted but she far exceed our expectations, she was punctual, always available for our questions and kept us informed along the process. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now and would highly recommend if you want the job doing right and on time
