We had recently bought a house that needed completely gutting. Being complete novices, we weren’t entirely sure what we were letting ourselves in for.

Thankfully, the guys at Pure Construction Ltd were completely fantastic throughout the whole process.

We moved out for 12 weeks with friends but had excellent communication, clearly set expectations, price and timescales. This was delivered against and some.

Pure completed a garage conversion and renovation in our family home from February - June 2023 involving a large open plan family space and kitchen, a large new boiler and complex lighting system.

We have only the most positive things to say about the entire experience. They are the most sincere, genuine, good natured, professional and competent team. We continued living in our home whilst the work took place and they were so patient and considerate of us. They worked with us at every stage to achieve our vision. The project management and communication throughout was second to none - every challenge and query had a solution, and they offered first rate suggestions and advice when we were unsure. The finish on every aspect and attention to detail was first class, and pricing was entirely transparent.

We would ask them to do any further work for us without thinking twice, and I could not commend them more. Any project is in the safest hands with Pure.

It is a rare phenomenon that the name of a business so accurately reflects the way they work, but in this instance it couldn't be more apt. Mike and Chris are gems in their area, what is also telling is how their whole team reflect the ethos of the business.

The team at Pure Construction were great to work with from start to finish - from their initial correspondence to the pre-project meetings and the final day on site. Having parts of your home refurbished is never easy but the team were considerate to our needs while we remained living on site with a baby and were a genuine pleasure to have around the house, which was a huge factor on making the project run with minimum stress. They dealt with our indecisiveness patiently and offered their invaluable expert opinion to help us obtain our new, amazing kitchen/dining room/utility room/WC. Their communication throughout the project cannot be faulted, there were no hidden costs and they finished everything with exceptionally high quality. Chris/Mike and their team recently refurbished our dining/living room area and we are absolutely thrilled with the results!

From the pre works conversations right through to the project completion to our satisfaction, all the team were a pleasure to deal with and have in our home.

Whatever requests we threw at them throughout the process were met with a “can do” attitude that is a credit to them!! No sucking through teeth or pained expressions followed by negative replies from this crew, exactly the opposite!

We even decided to change our paint option once a first coat had been applied and still we got the smile and “no problem” reply.

We cannot recommend Pure Construction highly enough and have already recommended them to friends.

We were so pleased with the work done by Pure Construction on another en-suite, we got them back to do a complete refurbishment of a bathroom and another en-suite. They were great in providing us with ideas and guidance on what what look best for our house. As usual, the work was done to a very high standard and the finish was immaculate. They were able to do all of the work required, including electrics, without using sub-contractors, which means they had total control over the finished article. Well pleased with a great job. We will be having them back to do some more work in the house

Early in 2021 we asked Pure Construction to give us a quote to refurbish the majority of our household. There was a tight budget and a priority of 2 x bathrooms that needed doing. The rest was something we would love to do if we had the money…

Chris and Mike were fantastic, patient, thorough and understanding from the first meeting and throughout the entire project.
They understood our needs, our wants and our budget. They came back with options of what could be done and within budgets. They worked with our timeframes, splitting the work to meet our needs, the priority being the bathroom upstairs first in April. The rest of the work carried out in September for 10 weeks.

There were no hidden costs, they were extremely upfront and realistic with pricing. They took action to go above and beyond in making sure we had no anxieties, and mitigating any risks in extra costs, yet staying with our vision of what we wanted.

What we wanted, combined with their expert eye for design and detail, once everything came together, the result was extraordinary and blew us away.

Communication at every stage of the work was first class. We were aware of what was happening at all times.

They gave real thought, time, effort, care and consideration to all aspects of the work. We felt their hearts were truly invested into our project as much as us. They considered present and future needs. They have in-depth knowledge of their trade, and showed great working relationships with suppliers.

These words are simply not enough to express our gratitude, our amazement and pleasure with what they have done.

We would use them again in a heart beat and would highly recommend them to anyone.
