Excellent service.
Upon entering, my parents and I were greeted and helped. The ladies that work here are lovely-- Professionals who really go out of their way to help you. We are thrilled with all the pieces we purchased from them!! The products offered range from sofas ands dinging chairs, to small side tables and table adornments--I will most definitely be coming back here

Hope I can give zero stars to this store. I believe all the previous reviews seem to be fake. They never follow up on your orders nor keep good on delivery promises. You don't know how many times I had to make calls to keep track of what's going on the delivery. Plus, they will never call you to set up the delivery date; instead you should constantly do it, which is such a poor quality service given the high price they are charging you. This kind of service is such a shame in Coral Gables.

The customer service was top-notch. They quickly attended to my needs, are very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions that I had. The selection was phenomenal. They had a full complement of their products in varying degree of price range. There were many things to choose from. In this world you get what you pay for. When you shop here you going with the knowledge that you were not going to be penny pinching. Shopping here is a treat for money earned from hard work. Quality is the best. That's why you would shop here. They are renowned for having the very best furniture and everybody knows it. Only the best to be found here.
