Recently, our family purchased a house and wanted to create more space, so we decided to convert the garage into a living area. A friend recommended Purrell Construction, and Luke came to assess the garage and provided helpful suggestions. They began the work at the end of August and completed it just last week.

The entire process went smoothly, and they did an excellent job. Everyone on Luke’s team was friendly and professional, and Luke stayed in regular communication with us and was always very responsive. We highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

We had a massive extension built and managed by Purrell Construction. The work was done to the highest standard. There was excellent communication with Luke throughout. He organised his team and all the trades efficiently, and everyone involved was a pleasure to work with. Luke will only work with the best sub contractors, whose quality matches the high standard of Purrell Construction.
From groundwork and drainage; to relocating the kitchen; to squeezing in the tiniest shower room, the accuracy and finish was exemplary. Simon's kitchen installation is superb.
With any project there will be unforseen problems. These were all resolved creatively. Luke communicated his solutions clearly and was up front about the additional costs involved. His recommendation of a 10% contingency right from the start was spot on, as was the initial quotation.
We had to remain in the property whilst virtually the whole house was disrupted at one time or another. The team patiently worked around our needs and kept us safe. The site was left tidy and secure every night.
We are absolutely delighted with our new space.
For integrity, efficiency and attention to detail we heartily recommend Purrell Construction.

I cannot recommend Luke and his team highly enough, this is the third time we've used them which should speak volumes, no job is too small and the attention to detail is outstanding. This particular project has completely renovated the heart of our home. Our Kitchen was transformed from an old-fashioned (limited functionally by its space restrictions) into a beautiful light airy welcoming area, the space was taken from some adjoining cupboards in place of costly build-outs, something which Luke brought to our attention early in the design scheme of the project. couldn't be happier with the finished results, I've now been cooking happily for 5 months.
