Phil serviced our LPG boiler, he was great from start to finish. Up front communication was spot on, he was nice and friendly and did a thorough job. I’ve dealt with enough contractors in my professional life to tell the bad from the good, and Phil is definitely at the top end of the good.

Our boiler broke down and it had been repaired previously so decided to just get a new one. Rang Phil and explained, he came out same afternoon to do a quote. I found him very knowledgeable, he gave some good advice about the type of boiler to have, we agreed on one and he ordered it there and then. He then sent confirmation that it would be fitted a few days later and he turned up with it on time. He and Andy did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and we really couldn't fault them. I'd recommend this company without hesitation.

Was a pleasure to meet and have phil install my heating system and go the extra mile to repair other issues I had. He was on time and made quick work of it, tidied and cleaned up leaving the house as he found it nd great value for money. Will promote and refer him to anyone requiring quality punctual work.

Recently a pair of local plumbers did a proper bodge it & leggit shower install at our home. They left us without hot water for weeks and couldn't repair their own mess depsite numerous attempts. They then decided to do a runner on us and wouldn't even return calls or messages anymore! Fortunately we found Phil at PW Gas Services who not only responded quickly to our situation but found the fault within a short time, ordered the new parts and fitted them quickly and efficiently restoring back our hot water and doing a really professional Job. Phil, you are a life saver. Thanks so much! The clowns that did a runner on us don't deserve to be in busines imho
