Everyone shares a bad review but it takes a good experience to share a good one... Please thank Sandra and the man who measured things in my kitchen. Sandra thank you for making me feel like u was almost family by not making me feel uneasy. I think you are a great lady or rather employee of Quinn London props. I really struggle with my mental health and the trust I have placed in sub contractors of my housing association. Especially when I got my house rewired. Felt so comfortable, at ease, u explained everything step by step, and worked at my pace. You was so consicese and professionally perfect. I feel at ease, and understand the next steps involved and i can contact u if needed. Thank you for making me feel calm and safe during my appointment. I didn't feel judged but the opposite in fact... Thank you for being firm but fair... That was priceless and please say thank you to the man who did the measurements got a real good feeling of a good person with him too.

If you want work done on time and decent communications on delays, don’t go with this company. They’re renovating our local park, keep being delayed and have no decency to let the park users or the park trust know in advance about delays. Or to be precise, they give an update a day before their deadline. Such delays by several weeks happened now 5 times at least.

Quinn is a tier one main contractor that does a brilliant job every time, the reason why some may put a negative review of the company would be because the supply chain may let them down which is out of Quinns control. Other than that the people who work at this firm are professionals at their job plus some of their heritage jobs are very impressive.

They think there professional they don't even know nothing since everything is new the sink was blocked the plumber came and said I don't know what to do call barent ... not even 5mins of he's time he says to me I'm busy so what I'm not busy ? He didn't plunge out I did block myself at the end awful plus theydod electricity for my cooker I have the best cooker and he says is broke after 9years it was nothing wrong before now he said oh is fix . Stupid really

Absolutely a disgrace. Disgusting services.
No one calls back. No one gets back to you. Absolutely a shambles. Please be mindful if and when giving any contracts or work etc to this company. They make a big mess of there work. They are cowboys. They don’t know how to work and perform and present professional work. It’s a mess. Even the bosses are ignorant. Please don’t waste your money on this company.

Cyclical maintenance to this estate is substandard and not value for money. Coronavirus directives regarding face coverings was totally ignored, , painting to interior surfaces including walls and wood work shows signs of rippling caused by too much thinning of paint, end cap to ground level gutter is missing, high level gutter leaks at the joint evidencing that a standard water test was not applied before scaffolding was removed, one flat has now suffered water penetration and damage after scaffolding was removed and an investigation into the problem is still ongoing, rear door to communal area does not close automatically and although this fault is known to the company it remains unresolved.All of ther above work was signed off as good and passed by the company. The issues raised here remain unresolved by Quinn London Ltd.

Dangerous driver! This morning I had this Quinn London driver tailgating me over Vauxhall Bridge. As you can see the conditions were dark and wet, also I was on a motorcycle (vulnerable road user).
The driver has no regard for the safety of others. WM66XHO
