Fantastic service and a company we would highly recommend. We used Quirks to resolve a long standing damp problem in our old Victorian house. We have had a new roof, replaced guttering and soil pipes but the wall remained wet. They resolved the problem by repointing the outside wall. The team arrived just after 7 each morning and worked until dark. They cleaned up each day and were always friendly and helpful.
We'll definitely use their services again

Quirks Property Maintenance recently completed a garage conversion for us into a living space, utility room and bathroom. Mike and his whole team were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was excellent and Mike answered any questions we had. They arrived on time every morning and always left a clear and tidy site at the end of each day.

All work was carried out to a very high standard and everything was completed within the timeframe Mike gave us. Mike was so easy to work with and I am so pleased we chose Quirks for the work.

Quirks replaced the rear back door, changed the down pipe and fixed a leak in the front bay window flat roof.

I can not recommend Quirks Property Maintenance Ltd highly enough. From start to finish Michael has made everything easy from advising about structural surveyor and speaking to the council to checking the finished job. The builders were professional, polite and friendly. They carried out work and cleaned up after, taking all rubbish away. The work was very reasonably priced and I am really happy with the end job. Will definitely be using in the future.
