Can’t do a Architect’s certificate which is required for a self build which means going somewhere else to get that so why bother here - also many unnecessary delays and “drama” and communication was painful and took the joy out of what was supposed to be exciting - also siting a huge tank in middle of kitchen - new architect is a dream with improved layout. Seeks someone who has building experience rather just dreaming - we didn’t just want a drawing - we actually wanted to build something... which is a totally different perspective.
