We used another Architect who seemed to have high reviews however the scheme was refused due to multiple issues. Having then used James and Alisha, we avoided planning enforcement action and got an approval for a change of use with works. The benefit of using a qualified Town Planner who specialises in getting planning permission really showed. Highly recommended.

2 years of planning issues Alisha and James sorted out in a few months the best in the business by far. Radworth were helpful, professional and honest from the get go.

Couldn't recommend them enough.

James and Alisha.. amazing team that know their stuff. I used them to gain consent after my original application that was put through by another local firm was rejected. They made the process easy and got on with it straight away and my application was successful. Couldn't ask for anything more.
